Role Description
- Serving as an RF & Analog System Validation / Silicon Bring-Up Engineer, taking technical ownership across Pre- and Post-Silicon validation phases for RF, Analog, and PHY System circuit building blocks.
- Driving early Pre-Silicon phase analysis, identifying architecture/design issues, and defining RF/Analog driver specifications and bug fixes.
- Defining block-level and system-level test methodologies, validation plans, and measurement correlation to match rigorous functional and performance specs.
- Leading hands-on Silicon Bring-Up, Bench Characterization, and Performance Evaluation in the lab using advanced RF and mixed-signal test instrumentation.
- Executing deep-dive root-cause debugging across analog/RF blocks and mixed-signal interfaces, optimizing overall silicon system performance.
- Developing automated scripts and measurement tools for statistical data collection, telemetry analysis, and parameter extraction for official product Datasheets.
- Collaborating closely with Analog IC Design, System Architecture, and Product Engineering teams to support continuous design enhancements.
Requirements-
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering from an accredited university – Mandatory
- 3 years of proven hands-on experience in RF / Analog System Validation, Characterization, or IC Design – Mandatory
- Extensive hands-on experience with RF & Analog Lab Test Equipment (e.g., Spectrum Analyzers, VNAs, High-Bandwidth Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Power Meters) – Mandatory
- Strong technical debugging, root-cause analysis, and system optimization capabilities – Mandatory
- Fluent English (both verbal and written) for cross-site global collaboration – Mandatory
- Hands-on experience with Python for test automation, data analysis, and lab equipment control – Significant Advantage
- Practical experience with Cadence Virtuoso (Schematic Capture / Layout inspection) or analog EDA tools – Significant Advantage
- Background in Transceivers, PLLs, LNAs, ADCs/DACs, or High-Speed PHYs – Advantage
