Located in the Sharon region, operating on an on-site work model.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Real-Time Embedded Software Engineer, joining the next-generation product development team responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating mission-critical embedded software for advanced defense platforms.
• Architecting, developing, and optimizing high-performance Real-Time Embedded Software in C and C++ across Embedded Linux, RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS, VxWorks), and Bare-Metal environments.
• Ensuring deterministic real-time execution, low-latency performance, and high system reliability across multi-threaded and multi-process architectures.
• Driving system-level debugging, hardware-software integration, profiling, and performance optimization on ARM-based embedded processors.
• Collaborating closely in a cross-functional multidisciplinary environment with FPGA engineers, Algorithm developers, Hardware/Board designers, and System architects.
• Actively participating in system validation, lab testing, and live field trials throughout the entire development and deployment lifecycle.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline – Mandatory
• 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in Real-Time Embedded Software Development – Mandatory
• Strong, deep programming proficiency in C and C++ for embedded targets – Mandatory
• Practical hands-on experience developing with RTOS and Bare-Metal on ARM platforms – Mandatory
• Solid experience in developing, optimizing, and integrating algorithms on low-power, real-time embedded systems – Mandatory
• Deep understanding of Hardware-Software Interfaces (HSI), reading hardware datasheets/schematics, and register-level programming (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet) – Mandatory
• Proven proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows – Mandatory
• Experience with Embedded Linux / Kernel / Driver development – Significant Advantage
• Background in Defense Systems, Aerospace, Robotics, or Mission-Critical Real-Time Applications – Significant Advantage
