We are a fast-moving travel-tech company building digital products that help businesses work smarter and deliver better travel experiences.

We’re looking for an experienced, high-autonomy Senior Product Designer to become our first in-house designer and take full ownership of product design across the company.

At the heart of the role is Skyo, our new platform for businesses. You’ll also help shape our upcoming mobile app, improve our main website, and build the design foundations that will support our next stage of growth.

If you love turning complex problems into simple experiences, building products from scratch, moving fast, and seeing your work reach real users—this is for you.

What you’ll do:

Own product design end-to-end - from discovery and user flows to polished interfaces, developer handoff, and design review.

Shape Skyo - design clear and intuitive B2B experiences, including dashboards, onboarding, forms, permissions, and operational workflows.

Build our mobile experience - play a central role in defining and designing our upcoming app from its earliest stages.

Create and scale our design system - establish reusable components and principles that help the entire team move faster and stay consistent.

Work closely with product and engineering - turn business needs, user feedback, and technical constraints into practical product solutions.

Research and improve - speak with users, test ideas, analyze feedback, and continuously improve the experience.

Support the wider brand - occasionally design high-impact landing pages, website experiences, and key marketing assets.

What you should bring:

5+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally SaaS, B2B platforms, or complex systems.

Strong product thinking: You define the problem before jumping into the solution and understand how design connects to business outcomes.

Excellent UX and UI skills: You can simplify complex workflows and turn them into clear, polished experiences.

End-to-end ownership: You take projects from an early idea to a successfully implemented product with minimal oversight.

Advanced Figma skills: Components, prototypes, responsive design, and design systems are a natural part of your workflow.

Strong collaboration skills: You work effectively with product managers, engineers, leadership, and other stakeholders.

A strong portfolio: Show us the challenge, your process, the decisions you made, and the impact of the final solution—not only beautiful screens.

Nice to have:

Experience in travel-tech, fintech, payments, or business-facing products.

Hands-on experience building or scaling a design system.

Experience designing native mobile apps.

Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing.

Strong understanding of accessibility and responsive design.

Brand or digital marketing design capabilities.

Experience as the first designer in a startup or growing product company.
