Program Manager

Elevation is looking for a Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of our training programs from planning through execution and completion. This role combines program management, client relationship management, budget ownership, and operational leadership to ensure outstanding delivery and customer satisfaction. The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and strategic partners, manages program budgets, oversees program execution, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve business and educational objectives. As the organization grows, this role may also include managing an operational team.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end management of training programs, from planning through delivery and post-program evaluation.
• Build, manage, and monitor program budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer experience and long-term partnerships.
• Lead ongoing communication with clients and strategic partners, including regular status meetings and executive updates.
• Prepare and present program performance reports, KPIs, risks, milestones, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, Admissions, Instructors, Career Services, and external vendors.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify risks, proactively solve operational challenges, and drive continuous process improvement.
• Develop and optimize operational processes using technology, automation, and AI tools where applicable.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and training partners.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities to improve program performance and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and potentially manage an operational team as the organization expands.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, financial tracking, and forecasting.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with CRM systems and project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar).
• Fluency in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
