🚀 We’re hiring: Application Support & Automation Specialist

We're looking for a hands-on Application Support professional to join a technology-driven environment and take ownership of critical business systems.

🔹 What you’ll be doing:

• Provide application support for core business systems

• Troubleshoot complex incidents, analyze data & identify root causes

• Work with SQL (JOINs+) for investigation and data analysis

• Monitor processes, identify exceptions and drive resolutions

• Work with APIs & system integrations

• Build scripts and develop automation solutions for monitoring, control & operations

• Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Infrastructure, Cyber Security & Business teams

• Get involved in improving processes — not just maintaining them

💡 What we’re looking for:

✔️ 2+ years of experience in Application Support

✔️ Strong SQL skills — JOIN level and above

✔️ Experience troubleshooting integrations & APIs

✔️ Hands-on scripting & automation experience

✔️ Relevant technical studies / courses

⭐️ Azure experience — strong advantage

⭐️ Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform / Power Apps / Power Automate — strong advantage

🏠 Full-time | Hybrid
