🚀 We’re Hiring: Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer | Defense Industry

Looking for a Mechanical Engineer who enjoys turning engineering designs into real, manufacturable products and working closely with production teams?

We are recruiting for a leading defense company seeking a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer to join its Mechanical Production & Structures department.

🔹 What you’ll do:

• Lead NPI and transfer from R&D to production, evaluating designs for manufacturability and assembly

• Define and plan manufacturing, assembly, inspection and production processes

• Design and specify production tooling, fixtures and assembly aids

• Improve and optimize existing manufacturing and assembly processes

• Prepare manufacturing documentation, work instructions and technical specifications using CAD tools

• Lead engineering discussions and present design/manufacturing reviews to internal and external customers

• Support first article and serial production processes and train production teams

• Provide hands-on engineering support to internal production departments and subcontractors, solving manufacturing challenges in real time

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering – Must

• 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering / NPI / Mechanical Assembly processes

• Knowledge of metal manufacturing technologies – milling, turning, bending, etc.

• Strong ability to read and understand engineering drawings and 3D models – Must

• SolidWorks experience – Must

• NX experience – Advantage

• Good English
