Network System Engineer

Comblack is hiring a Network & System Engineer for an established organization in the Sharon area!

An excellent opportunity to step into an impactful role involving the management, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise IT and network infrastructures, working with advanced networking equipment, virtual environments, Microsoft platforms, and backup solutions.

Role Overview:

• Managing, configuring, and maintaining FortiGate network equipment.
• Hands-on work with Firewalls, Switches, and Wireless Access Points (AP).
• Managing and administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Operating and managing backup solutions, specifically Acronis and Veeam Backup.
• Working with Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
• Providing tier support to users as part of the IT infrastructure team.
• Operating and maintaining network infrastructure, operating systems, and virtualization
• platforms.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and operations – mandatory.
• Proven hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory – mandatory.
• Practical experience working with FortiGate products (Firewalls, Switches, APs) – mandatory.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Acronis and/or Veeam backup solutions – mandatory.
• Experience in user support and IT team collaboration – mandatory.
• Strong service-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.

Advantages:

• Significant advantage for experience with VMware ESXi, Citrix, DNS, LAN/WAN, SCCM, IP Routing, or PBX systems.
• Additional advantage for RF communications experience (Ceragon, Aviat).
