HCM Implementer

Support the design and optimization of HR business processes as part of Workday implementation program.

The role will work closely with HR, business stakeholders, and Workday functional teams to analyze requirements, document processes, and help align business needs with Workday capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in process discovery and design workshops. Document current-state and future-state HR processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Support process standardization and adoption of Workday leading practices.
• Collaborate with Workday consultants during design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Prepare process flows, business rules, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in change impact assessments and business readiness activities.
• 4+ years of experience in Process Design, Business Analysis, HR Transformation, or HCM projects.
• Experience working on HR technology implementation programs, preferably Workday.
• Strong facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with HR processes such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, and Compensation.
• Strategic FitThis role will support the successful delivery of the Workday program while helping establish foundational capabilities, methodologies, and assets for Deloitte's future Workday advisory, implementation, and process transformation practice.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Process Design, Business Analysis, HR Transformation, or HCM projects.
• Experience working on HR technology implementation programs, preferably Workday.
