Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong Frontend orientation to join our Platform Engineering team, focusing on building and enhancing our Internal Developer Platform (IDP) using Backstage as a platform. This role is primarily Frontend-focused (approximately 80% Frontend / 20% Backend), with an emphasis on creating intuitive, scalable, and developer-friendly user experiences.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining self-service capabilities that improve developer experience and streamline software delivery. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance developer productivity and platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications.
• Take part in the development of scalable and high-quality production systems.
• Work across both backend and frontend technologies, depending on project needs.
• Build and integrate APIs and external services.
• Work with cloud-based technologies and services.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, product teams, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Explore and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and development tools.
• Utilize modern AI-assisted development tools where appropriate, while maintaining strong independent coding and problem-solving abilities.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-designed code following industry best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Full-Stack development, working on production systems.
• Experience with at least one strongly typed or compiled programming language, such as Java or C#- MUST
• Hands-on experience with backend development frameworks, such as Spring, .NET, Node.js, or Python-based frameworks.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js MUST
• Familiarity with cloud environments and services, preferably AWS, including services such as Lambda and S3.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Experience designing and integrating with external APIs and third-party services.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with modern AI-powered development tools, such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.
• Strong fundamental programming skills and the ability to independently design and write code without relying solely on AI tools.
• A genuine curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to different project requirements.
