IT Support Specialist | Global Financial Company

Mertens, a MalamTeam company, is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join a global company operating in the financial sector

The role combines independent work as part of a five-person team distributed across Israel and abroad, direct support for senior stakeholders, advanced technologies, and ongoing collaboration with employees and international teams in a highly regulated environment

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing technical support to users

Maintain personal computers and print servers

Install and support Windows and Office environments

Work independently as part of a five-person team distributed across Israel and abroad

Communicate regularly in English with employees worldwide

Provide direct support to users and collaborate with international teams

Work in VDI environments

Work in a Windows 10 environment

Operate in a bureaucratic environment subject to strict regulatory requirements

Maintain a high level of service while working with senior stakeholders

Requirements

More than 2 years of experience in technical support

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft systems including Windows OS and Office

Hands-on experience with Confluence and Jira is mandatory

Experience working in VDI environments

Familiarity with Citrix, Mainframe Emulator, Active Directory, SCCM, ServiceNow, Zoom, Teams, and Jabber

Experience with Citrix Director is an advantage

Experience working in a global organization is a significant advantage

Excellent English communication and writing skills at a native level

Experience working directly with users and international teams
