The Role We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Product team and play a key role in shaping the future of our platform. You will partner closely with other product managers, Product designers, Engineering, Research, and Customer-facing teams to define our roadmap, discover new opportunities, and deliver high-impact capabilities that help customers build AI-powered data products. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role. You’ll own initiatives from idea to launch, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

● Influence product strategy and roadmap alongside other Product Managers and company leadership.

● Own product initiatives end-to-end - from problem discovery through successful delivery and adoption.

● Conduct customer discovery, user interviews, and product research to deeply understand customer problems.

● Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and detailed specifications.

● Work closely with Product Design to define intuitive user experiences for technical users.

● Work closely with Engineering and Research teams throughout implementation.

● Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

● Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Research, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership.

● Leverage AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle to accelerate research, specification writing, analysis, and execution.

● Continuously measure outcomes and iterate based on customer feedback and product usage. What We’re Looking For

Required:

● 5+ years of Product Management experience building B2B SaaS products.

● Experience building products for data practitioners, including data teams, analytics teams, BI users, data engineers, or AI/ML workflows.

● Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems, including concepts such as semantic layers, data warehouses, metadata, governance, or analytics platforms.

● Proven ability to lead products from discovery through delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.

● Excellent product discovery and customer interviewing skills.

● Experience writing clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and working closely with Engineering.

● Strong product intuition combined with analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.

● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

● Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.

● Passion for AI and excitement about using AI tools to become a more effective Product Manager. ● A true team player.
