Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

The role includes managing the tracking and monitoring of tasks in a multi-project environment, while maintaining ongoing and continuous collaboration with project managers and department team leaders.

Monitoring and controlling workloads across the department's projects.

Monitoring and controlling purchase orders and invoices.

Establishing and continuously updating project schedules for various projects.

Consolidating and analyzing performance data against the work plan.

Show Your Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, or a related field.

At least one year of previous experience working in a construction and infrastructure project environment.

Experience with project scheduling software: MS Project is mandatory, Primavera is an advantage.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI is an advantage.

Previous experience working with SAP and/or Priority systems.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently.
