Quality Inspector - Electronics and Integrated Systems JB-4797

An established company in the security sector is seeking a Quality Inspector for electronic components and integrated mechanical systems. The position includes:

· Performing inspection of cable and wiring harness manufacturing in accordance with IPC620 standard and customer requirements.

· Performing assembly inspection, soldering and electronic testing of electronic boxes – modules, power supplies, drawers and connectors.

· In-process inspection of electronic circuit board manufacturing in accordance with IPC610 standard and customer requirements.

· In-process inspection of electromechanical components

· In-process inspections as needed

· Monitoring and control of FAI process at subcontractor facilities.

· Performing required documentation activities in various processes according to the applicable standard or company procedure.

· Performing work at the DSIT facility (Givat Shmuel) or at subcontractor facilities throughout the country.

Certifications and Standards Familiarity

· Inspections will be performed according to the following standards:

Performance standard - IPC610 Class 3

Performance standard - IPC620 Class 3

Standard - Repair & Rework IPC-7711/7721.

· 3 years or more of experience as a Quality Inspector in electronic manufacturing

· Preference for experience from the defense industry

Additional capabilities

· Experience working with Priority system, reading technical drawings and instructions.

· Experience writing inspection reports and troubleshooting.

· Experience writing FAI reports.

· Material scanning and documentation filing.

· Working with office software.
