Role Description The Hebrew Bilingual Expert will support Headsbase – Job Search by providing high-quality Hebrew and English language services in a remote, contract-based capacity. Day-to-day tasks include translating and localizing written materials, reviewing and editing existing content for linguistic accuracy, and ensuring that terminology and tone are appropriate for Hebrew-speaking audiences. The role may also involve interpreting short written or audio communications, assisting with candidate or client communications in Hebrew, and providing cultural and language insights to improve user experience and engagement. The expert will collaborate online with internal teams, follow project instructions and deadlines, and maintain confidentiality and data security.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Hebrew and English, including advanced reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Demonstrated experience in translation, localization, or bilingual content review for professional or business contexts.
• Attention to detail in grammar, spelling, tone, and style, with the ability to edit and proofread materials effectively.
• Comfort working remotely with digital tools for communication, file sharing, and task management.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet agreed deadlines as a contract professional.
• Familiarity with job search, recruiting, or HR-related terminology in Hebrew and English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a bilingual support, language services, or similar role is preferred.
