Role Description The Associate will work as part of a small, high-performing team on project finance, banking, infrastructure, energy, and complex commercial transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing transaction documents, conducting legal and regulatory research, supporting negotiations, and coordinating with clients, counterparties, and external advisors. The role involves managing workstreams on domestic and cross-border deals, preparing legal analyses and memoranda, and contributing to transaction strategy and structuring. The Associate will also help ensure that all matters are handled according to international best practices and firm quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in commercial, banking, finance, or infrastructure law, with the ability to analyze complex transactions and structures.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts and finance documents, including term sheets, loan agreements, security documents, and project-related agreements.
• Excellent legal research skills and the ability to synthesize regulatory and market information into clear, actionable guidance.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English; strong Hebrew skills are highly beneficial.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative working style, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• LL.B. or equivalent law degree; admission to practice law in Israel (or eligibility for admission) preferred.
• Prior experience at a leading law firm or in complex finance, infrastructure, or energy transactions is a strong advantage.
