We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide high-quality customer support. An excellent opportunity for those who enjoy solving technical issues, working in a dynamic environment, and communicating effectively with users of various technical backgrounds. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Diagnose, investigate, and resolve hardware- and software-related issues. 

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. 

Guide users through diagnostic and troubleshooting steps, including the use of diagnostic tools and software. 

Collaborate with internal teams to analyze and resolve complex technical problems. 

Manage and resolve service cases within the assigned territory. 

Position requires international travel (~25%). 

REQUIREMENTS 

Degree as a Practical Engineer in Electronics. 

Ability to explain technical matters to both technical and non-technical users. 

Ability to work independently and find solutions to unusual problems using any available resources. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Ability to quickly learn TCU hardware and software solutions. 

English — professional proficiency. 

Valid driver’s license. 

Experience in technical support (strong advantage). 

Hebrew is not required.
