Mission Aircraft Business Program Manager

The Airborne Systems Plant within ELTA Systems Division is seeking a Head of Program for a Mission Aircraft Program.

The role includes:

• Leading and managing a challenging end-to-end program in the mission aircraft domain for an international customer, from contract formulation through final delivery.
• Overall responsibility for a program budget exceeding $1B.
• Monitoring and managing resources across the program.
• Proactively identifying risks, escalating obstacles, and developing real-time action plans.
• Driving project managers, product managers, and cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure alignment, synchronization, and effective collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree – required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – an advantage.
• At least 8 years of management experience in complex business projects/programs – required.
• Proven experience managing projects, programs, or organizations with budgets of at least $100M – required.
• Proven experience in business negotiations – required.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken – required.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
