Clinical Research Nurse-Homecare

Role Description The Clinical Research Nurse-Homecare role is a part-time, on-site position based in Be'er Sheva. The nurse will provide homecare services to participants involved in clinical research, including patient assessment, administration of treatments, and monitoring of side effects in accordance with study protocols. Daily tasks include coordinating visits, documenting clinical data accurately, ensuring adherence to research protocols, and communicating effectively with the multidisciplinary research and medical teams. The role also involves educating patients and families about treatment plans, maintaining high standards of safety and ethics, and contributing to continuous improvement of clinical and research procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical background in Nursing and Medicine, with the ability to provide safe, evidence-based care.
• Experience or interest in Pediatric Nursing, including care for patients undergoing complex treatments.
• Competence in Research activities such as data collection, documentation, and collaboration with clinical study teams; current and valid GCP certificate.
• Ability to understand, follow, and implement clinical Protocols and guidelines in home care settings.
• Valid nursing license; prior experience in home care or community nursing is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered and culturally sensitive approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to work independently in the field.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and basic digital tools; familiarity with clinical trial processes is beneficial.
