We’re serial entrepreneurs building a fast-growing DTC digital health platform serving the U.S. market. We’re looking for an exceptional Finance & Business Operations Lead to build and own our finance function from the ground up.

You’ll work closely with the founders across finance, business operations, tax, legal and compliance—with real ownership and impact from day one.

What you’ll own:

·        End-to-end finance, including reporting, cash flow, payroll and AP/AR

·        Budgeting, forecasting, performance & unit economics

·        Business operations and cross-company initiatives

·        Israeli & U.S. tax and financial compliance

·        Legal, regulatory and commercial compliance

Who you are:

·        3+ years in finance, accounting, consulting or advisory (Big 4 / consulting / startup preferred)

·        CPA is a strong advantage

·        Business-minded and commercially sharp

·        Hands-on, analytical and highly operational

·        Comfortable with legal, tax and regulatory matters

·        High ownership, fast learner and excellent problem solver

·        Fluent English
