Are you a strategic financial leader looking to make a direct impact on a growing tech company? We are looking for an experienced Finance leader to lead our financial operations, drive strategic insight, and streamline our processes.

📍 Location: Shoham, Israel (Full-time, On-site)

📈 Reporting to: Senior Management

About the Role

As our Finance Manager, you will play a central role in guiding the company’s financial strategy and day-to-day operations. You’ll manage financial reporting, compliance, cash flow, and lead continuous process improvements to support our overall growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Financial Reporting: Oversee day-to-day accounting, ensure compliance with standards, and prepare core financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with deep analytical insights.
• Cash Flow & Treasury: Forecast cash flow, manage working capital, handle banking relationships, and oversee AP workflows, vendor payments, and account reconciliations.
• Systems & Process Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks, implement new accounting technologies, and drive process optimization across all financial workflows.
• Legal Compliance & Contracts: Ensure regulatory compliance, manage legal agreements and contracts with clients and vendors, and collaborate with legal counsel.

• Strong background in accounting principles, financial modeling, and compliance.
• Hands-on approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
