We are recruiting an IT Support Specialist for a global communications company located in northern Israel.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end users in Israel and worldwide as part of a global IT team
Maintain workstations and multimedia equipment in meeting rooms
Work with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments
Develop automation processes using AI tools
Support enterprise IT infrastructure and ensure high-quality technical service

Requirements:

2 years of experience providing Tier 2 technical support
Experience working with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
Experience diagnosing and resolving operating system, email, and VC (Audio/Video) equipment issues
Experience working with communication networks and familiarity with Switches, VLANs, and the OSI model
High level of English
