Responsibilities:

• Execute and process trading orders in Israeli and international markets.
• Work with advanced trading platforms and monitor transactions in real time.
• Ensure the accurate, timely, and efficient execution of trading orders.
• Provide professional client support and respond to customer inquiries.
• Work in a fast-paced environment that requires precision, accountability, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree – required (Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is an advantage).
• Previous customer service experience – required.
• High level of English (spoken, written, and reading) – required.

Full-time availability, Monday-Friday:

Monday-Thursday: 9:00 – 18:00.

Friday: 9:00-16:00.
