About the Role We’re looking for a performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead our growth, optimize high-converting sales funnels, and solidify BDCC as Israel's premier institution for blockchain and crypto education. You’ll work directly with company leadership to scale student enrollments through data-backed marketing strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Funnel Architecture: Design end-to-end lead journeys across landing pages, CRM workflows, email, and WhatsApp automations.
• Campaign & Budget Oversight: Manage digital agencies/vendors, allocate ad spend, run A/B tests, and track core KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROI).
• Strategy & Content: Develop quarterly marketing plans, ensure high-converting copy, and coordinate promotional media.
• Data & Analytics: Monitor funnel performance weekly and translate metrics into actionable growth decisions.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of performance marketing or campaign management experience (agency background preferred).
• Hands-on proficiency with marketing funnels, CRM tools, and WordPress (Elementor).
• Proven track record managing significant ad budgets and optimizing conversion rates.
• Strong copywriting skills, high autodidactic capacity, and an analytical mindset.
• Bonus: Background in EdTech/Finance/Crypto or experience using AI tools for creative workflows.
