Development Team Lead

Elad Systems is looking for a Development Team Lead to lead the development of complex Web-based systems and drive technical excellence across the development lifecycle.

In this role, you will lead and mentor a development team, take part in architectural and technical decisions, define development standards, perform Code Reviews, and remain actively involved in Hands-on development. You will also work closely with multiple technology teams and stakeholders, leading Design processes and developing complex solutions based on advanced Best Practices and Design Patterns.

Requirements:

• Relevant education - required.
• 6+ years of software development experience - required.
• 3+ years of experience managing and providing technical leadership to a team of at least 5 people - required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Development Team Lead or Lead Developer, leading complex Enterprise systems - required.
• 5+ years of Full Stack development experience, with strong expertise in React, Node.js, and .NET - required.
• Experience with SQL Server, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch - required.
• 3+ years of Cloud development experience, with an emphasis on AWS, including development-related CI/CD processes - required.
• 3+ years of experience working with Jira, Confluence, and GitHub - required.
