Legal Counsel - Insurance Agreements & Commercial Contracts

A leading and well-established insurance agency is looking for a Legal Counsel to join its Insurance Agreements & Commercial Contracts team.

Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, negotiate, and advise on insurance clauses in commercial agreements and tenders.
• Provide legal guidance on insurance-related contractual matters for some of Israel's largest companies.
• Work closely with clients, external law firms, insurance consultants, underwriters, and internal account managers.
• Analyze contractual risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Support negotiations and ensure contractual compliance with insurance requirements.

Requirements:

• Licensed Attorney (Israel Bar Association).
• At least 2 years of experience in insurance legal advisory or insurance-related contract work.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
