Position Overview

• Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (UAV/Aerospace) taking full ownership of structural design, multi-disciplinary system packaging, and physical validation for advanced aerial systems.
• Transforming conceptual aerodynamic sketches into flight-ready, structural carbon-fiber and lightweight alloy sub-assemblies.
• Leading multi-disciplinary product integration, tightly aligning mechanical architecture with flight controllers, power management units, RF antennas, and heavy propulsion payloads.
• Driving complete engineering cycles from initial CAD drafting and structural FEA simulations to physical ground testing and real-world system optimization.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or an equivalent academic discipline - Mandatory
• 5+ years of proven professional experience specializing in the mechanical design of complex structural systems - Mandatory
• Direct, hands-on experience designing structures or components specifically for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) or closely related aerospace platforms - Mandatory
• Expert-level proficiency with professional 3D CAD modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks or equivalent industry platforms) - Mandatory
• Deep technical mastery in stress analysis, structural dynamics, mechanical tolerances, and multi-physics engineering calculations - Mandatory
• Solid, practical familiarity with advanced materials, specializing in carbon fiber composites, honeycombs, and lightweight structural alloys - Mandatory
• Proven experience running technical V&V methodologies, environmental laboratory evaluations, and physical failure testing - Mandatory
• Professional-level written and verbal English communication skills - Mandatory
• Practical familiarity or strategic interest in leveraging AI engineering tools to optimize product design and structural simulation loops - Advantage
