R&D Manager

Located in the Central region (walking distance from the train station), operating on a full-time, on-site work model.

Role Description

• Serving as a Software Development Team Lead, leading and mentoring an organic multidisciplinary team of 6–8 Software Engineers and QA Engineers.
• Providing end-to-end technical leadership, architectural guidance, code reviews, and project delivery oversight across real-time, mission-critical production environments.
• Leading hands-on development and architecture utilizing C# and .NET ecosystems.
• Driving software design for high-reliability, low-latency operational systems deployed across defense and critical industrial domains.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with multidisciplinary engineering squads, Product Managers, System Architects, and enterprise/defense clients.

Requirements-

• Proven track record as a Software Team Lead, Development Manager, or Senior Technical Lead – Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on software development experience with C# and .NET – Mandatory
• Strong technical leadership capabilities, end-to-end ownership, and deep problem-solving skills – Mandatory
• High communication skills and experience interfacing with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders/clients – Mandatory
• Background in developing Mission-Critical, Real-Time, or Operational Command & Control (C2/C4I) systems – Significant Advantage
• Hands-on experience with desktop UI frameworks and enterprise client architectures (WPF / .NET) – Advantage
• Experience with or strong interest in leveraging AI-assisted development tools and workflows – Advantage
