Position Overview-
- Hardware R&D Team Lead taking full operational and professional management over an organic squad of hardware design engineers.
- Owning the end-to-end (E2E) hardware development lifecycle, from high-level system architecture, detailed schematic design, and complex PCB layout supervision to laboratory bring-up, debugging, and validation.
- Architecting high-precision, multi-layered electronic systems, integrating high-speed CPU/DSP processing units alongside fast sampling circuits and advanced data converters.
- Partnering cross-functionally with Embedded Software, Systems, and Production teams to define product requirements, execute strict compliance validations, and smoothly transition designs to manufacturing.
Requirements-
- Academic Background: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline – Mandatory
- 8+ years of proven professional experience in hardware development and board design within product-driven environments – Mandatory
- 3+ years of direct experience leading and managing hardware engineering teams – Mandatory
- Deep, proven expertise in complex analog design, including high-precision sensors, ADCs, and power supply architectures – Mandatory
- Solid track record designing high-speed digital boards based on CPU, MCU, or DSP processors – Mandatory
- Strong hands-on command over high-speed board design constraints, signal integrity, and high-frequency sampling circuits – Mandatory
- Proficiency with industry-standard design, simulation, and schematic capture tools (e.g., OrCAD, SPICE) alongside expert lab bring-up, debugging, and test equipment utilization – Mandatory
- Demonstrated experience writing technical requirements, executing system validation, and supporting production floor transitions – Mandatory
