We are seeking a proactive and analytical Junior Business Analyst - Growth & Operations to help optimize how we operate, understand business performance, and support better decisions across growth, revenue, and strategy.

Working directly with our leadership team, you will have immediate visibility into the business and see the measurable impact of your work.

We are a small team, which means your work will be visible, measurable, and directly connected to business results.

The Role:

As a Junior Business Analyst - Growth & Operations, you will work closely with our General Manager and Growth Lead across business operations, performance, revenue, and strategic initiatives.

You will help build and improve reporting frameworks, dashboards, data processes, and operational infrastructure, translating complex business data into clear, actionable insights that support better decisions.

This is a fast-paced role designed for rapid professional growth, with increasing ownership and responsibility as you demonstrate impact.

Responsibilities:

• Business Performance & Reporting: Manage and improve KPI dashboards covering revenue, acquisition, conversion, retention, churn, customer lifetime value, and other core business metrics. Translate the numbers into a clear weekly business view and concise management updates.
• Growth & Funnel Analysis: Analyze performance across acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and monetization. Identify funnel gaps and growth opportunities, and measure the impact of campaigns, experiments, and growth initiatives.
• Customer & CRM Analysis: Use CRM, customer, and product data to identify meaningful customer segments, behavioral patterns, churn signals, and opportunities to improve retention and monetization.
• Revenue Analysis: Monitor revenue performance across products, plans, customer cohorts, upgrades, and offers. Investigate meaningful changes or inconsistencies in key commercial metrics and help identify the underlying drivers.
• Strategic Research: Conduct structured market, competitor, pricing, and product benchmarking and translate findings into clear, data-backed recommendations for leadership.
• Business Operations: Take ownership of defined projects including product launches, system migrations, reporting improvements, automation, and operational process improvements.
• Data Quality & Infrastructure: Help ensure that business, customer, CRM, and revenue data is accurate, structured, and reliable across our systems and reporting.
• Decision Support: Turn analysis into clear conclusions and practical recommendations by helping answer three questions: What happened? Why did it happen? What should we do next?
  

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience; internships, academic projects, and independent projects are welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Statistics, Data, or another relevant quantitative field.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working with datasets, business metrics, funnels, percentages, and performance trends.
• Ability to identify patterns, structure problems, and translate analysis into clear insights and recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Able to work independently, ask strong questions, and follow problems through to a clear conclusion.
