תפקיד: נציג/ת מכירות לצוות מכירות– חברת שילוח בינלאומי 

היקף משרה: מלאה, ימים ראשון–חמישי, 09:00–18:00 | ימי שישי פעם בחודש וחצי

תיאור התפקיד:

חברת שילוח בינלאומי מובילה מחפשת תותח/ית מכירות עם אנרגיה גבוהה וראש גדול, להצטרף לצוות מנצח ולצמוח איתנו! 

התפקיד כולל טיפול בלידים נכנסים – מענה טלפוני, התכתבות בווטסאפ ובמייל – ומתן הצעת ערך ללקוחות עסקיים אסטרטגיים. 

עבודה בסביבה מהירה ודינאמית, תחת יעדים ברורים עם דגש על שירותיות, סגירת עסקאות, וניהול קשרי לקוחות.

תחומי אחריות:

- טיפול שוטף בלידים נכנסים והמרתם ללקוחות פעילים 

- מתן מענה מקצועי בשיחה, בהודעה או במייל 

- ניהול לקוחות עסקיים וניהול תהליך מכירה מלא 

- עבודה בסביבת יעדים, מעקב אחר ביצועים ודיווח שוטף 

- שימור לקוחות והעמקת פעילות קיימת

- ניסיון במכירות – יתרון 

- יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ וביעילות גבוהה 

- תודעת שירות גבוהה ויכולת וורבלית מצוינת

Role Description The נציג מכירות (Sales Representative) is a full-time, on-site role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo. This position involves engaging with potential and existing customers, explaining ShippingToGo’s services and system features, and guiding them through the process of obtaining quotes and selecting couriers. The role includes handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries via email or chat, and following up on leads to convert prospects into loyal customers. The Sales Representative will collaborate closely with customer support and operations teams to ensure a smooth sales process and positive customer experience. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, meeting individual and team sales targets, and providing feedback to improve sales processes and marketing messages.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or process-related information clearly and professionally.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience working with leads, closing deals, and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational and administrative skills, such as managing multiple inquiries, updating CRM systems, and following structured sales workflows.
• Comfort with digital tools and online platforms, including web-based systems, email, and chat applications used for customer interaction.
• Fluency in Hebrew; good command of English is an advantage.
• High level of service orientation, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the logistics/shipping industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in Tel Aviv-Yafo on a full-time schedule and handle a dynamic, target-driven environment.
