We are looking for an FP&A Economist for a meaningful role with responsibility for budget management and control, financial planning, feasibility analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making.

What will you do?

• Build and manage annual and multi-year budgets
• Monitor budget performance on an ongoing basis, including revenues, expenses, and workforce costs
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial forecasts
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and control tools to support analysis and management decision-making
• Lead the economic and financial aspects of bids and business proposals, including project pricing analysis and cost evaluation
• Support business unit managers through financial analysis and budget planning
• Collaborate with various departments across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in budget control, financial analysis, FP&A, or project pricing
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, data analysis, and financial modeling
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Experience working with AI tools, BI tools, and building dashboards
