VP of Product

About the Role We are a stealth-mode, Seed-funded startup building next-generation technology at the intersection of security and modern infrastructure. We are looking for a hands-on, strategic, and deeply technical VP of Product to own our product vision, strategy, and execution from 0 to 1.

In this role, you will work side-by-side with the founders and engineering team to define the product roadmap, translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive customer value, and drive early customer discovery and design partner engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define Strategy & Vision: Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and positioning from concept to market launch.
• Hands-on Execution: Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and specs; drive sprint planning alongside engineering in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer & Partner Engagement: Lead discovery calls with prospective customers and design partners to validate market needs and iterate rapidly based on feedback.
• Market & Domain Intelligence: Keep a close pulse on competitive landscapes in cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure to ensure a differentiated value proposition.
• Build Foundations: Establish foundational product management processes, metrics, and framework for future team scaling.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in fast-growing tech companies.
• Proven domain expertise in Cybersecurity or Infrastructure Platforms (required).
• Early-stage startup experience with a strong track record of taking products from 0 to 1.
• Hands-on mindset: Willingness to execute granular daily work while setting long-term high-level strategy.
• Deep technical aptitude: Ability to communicate effectively with senior software engineers, architects, and technical CISOs/DevOps leads.

Advantages

• Deep understanding of Security Networking concepts (e.g., SASE, Zero Trust, Cloud Networking, Firewalls, eBPF).
• Prior experience as a founder or early product hire at a Seed/Series A startup.
• Background in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
