Job Title: Junior Payroll Analyst (Israel Payroll)

Location: Hybrid/ Remote

Employment Type: Contract (12 months)

We are hiring an experienced Junior Payroll Analyst with expertise in Israel payroll operations to manage end-to-end payroll processing, compliance, statutory reporting, and payroll administration.

Key Requirements:

• Active Israel Payroll License (mandatory).

• 3+ years of end-to-end Israel payroll experience.

• Hands-on experience with Har-Gal and/or Hilan payroll systems.

• Strong knowledge of Israeli tax, social security, pensions, benefits, insurance, and employment legislation.

• Experience managing onboarding, offboarding, year-end activities, and 101 forms.

• Expertise in payroll compliance, statutory reporting, audits, and vendor management.

• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Process accurate and compliant Israel payroll from start to finish.

• Manage monthly and annual tax and statutory reporting.

• Partner with HR, Finance, Benefits, Compliance, and external vendors.

• Support payroll projects, system enhancements, and process improvements.

• Handle payroll-related inquiries and ensure timely payments and submissions.

• Maintain payroll documentation and act as a payroll SME.

Nice to Have:

• Payroll system implementation experience.

• Exposure to multi-country payroll operations.
