Comblack is Hiring: Experienced COBOL Developer

We are looking for an experienced COBOL Developer to join a leading financial organization.

About the Role: We are seeking a developer with significant Mainframe experience who wants to take part in challenging, core projects within the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain mission-critical software systems in a Mainframe environment.
Work closely with complex enterprise databases and transaction processing platforms.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance core financial applications.

Requirements:

4+ years of hands-on experience in COBOL development within a Mainframe environment (Mandatory).
Strong independent learning abilities and the capacity to navigate complex legacy architectures.

Advantages:

3+ years of experience in CICS COBOL development.
Hands-on experience working with ADABAS.
Practical experience working with NATURAL.
Significant advantage: Background in financial systems, specifically in Securities / Capital Markets.
