Mertens, a MalamTeam company, is looking for an experienced PMO professional to join the Information and IT Division of a leading organization in Jerusalem

The role includes responsibility for project planning, control, and management methodologies, coordinating large-scale work plans, monitoring targets and performance, managing resources and risks, and working closely with Project Managers and senior management

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and monitor work plans across the Information and IT Division

Track targets, planned versus actual performance, resources, and project risks

Develop, implement, and improve project management processes and methodologies

Build and manage work plans and Gantt charts

Work with project and portfolio management systems

Improve, aggregate, and analyze data to provide management insights and support decision-making

Produce management reports and status updates

Support Project Managers throughout large and complex technology projects

Implement Agile methodologies with an emphasis on SCRUM

Support Business Relationship Management processes by understanding business needs, translating requirements to Delivery teams, and reporting project status

Lead cross-organizational processes including annual planning

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in technology project management and control

Experience with Business Relationship Management, including understanding business needs and terminology, transferring requirements to Delivery teams, and reporting project status

Experience building, managing, and controlling a large-scale work plan covering approximately 100 projects

Experience leading cross-organizational processes such as annual planning

Experience supporting Project Managers on large, complex, and high-budget projects

Knowledge and experience in technology project pricing, Gantt chart development, and risk management

Experience aggregating and analyzing data to create management insights and support decision-making

Experience working with project management systems

Knowledge and experience implementing Agile methodologies within project teams, preferably SCRUM

Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, formulas, What-If Analysis, and charts
