The Role

We're looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing & Marcom Manager whose main mission is generating qualified B2B leads and turning them into sales opportunities.

If you love building campaigns that fill the pipeline, creating content that converts, and owning the full funnel from awareness to lead handoff, this is your shot. You'll work closely with management, sales, and engineering to turn our products and stories into demand — with real ownership from day one and mentorship from experienced leadership.

What You'll Do

• Own our lead generation strategy across website, HubSpot, social media, SEO, and digital campaigns.
• Build and optimize campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid, content) designed to generate and nurture qualified B2B leads.
• Create conversion-focused content: landing pages, case studies, brochures, videos, and email sequences that move prospects down the funnel.
• Set up and refine lead scoring and nurture workflows in HubSpot to hand sales-ready leads to the sales team.
• Plan and run marketing for international exhibitions and customer events with lead capture as a core goal.
• Support sales with materials and presentations that help close deals faster.
• Track campaign performance against pipeline and lead-quality metrics and iterate based on results.
• Work with external designers, agencies, and suppliers to scale content and campaign output.

Who You Are

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or digital campaigns — tech/industrial background is a plus, not required.
• You've worked scrappy before — startup, agency, or juggling projects solo — and you thrived while hitting lead or growth targets.
• Hands-on, creative, and excited to learn tools like HubSpot for lead tracking and automation.
• Strong English skills, especially for content that converts (emails, landing pages, LinkedIn posts).
• Curious about technology, with a knack for turning technical products into simple, compelling pitches.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.
• Willing to travel occasionally to exhibitions in Europe and the US.

Bonus Points

• Experience with HubSpot or another CRM/marketing automation platform, especially lead scoring or nurture workflows.
• Experience organizing trade shows or customer events with lead capture.
• Interest in industrial, electronics, or manufacturing markets.
