Product Lead

We are a stealth-stage technology startup operating in the financial technology space, building a sophisticated B2B product for the global financial ecosystem.

We are looking for an experienced Product Leader to take end-to-end ownership of the product function. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable setting product direction and doing the day-to-day product work required to make it happen.

This is not a traditional management-heavy leadership position. We are looking for a player-coach who can operate independently, stay close to customers and engineering, and personally drive products from discovery and definition through execution and launch. As the company grows, the role may include managing and developing a small product team.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product function end-to-end, from product strategy and roadmap to hands-on execution and delivery.
• Lead the full product lifecycle — from customer discovery and requirements definition through development, launch and continuous iteration.
• Work closely with Engineering and R&D, translating complex business and customer needs into clear product requirements, priorities and decisions.
• Engage directly with customers, prospects and strategic partners, including international stakeholders, to identify needs and shape product direction.
• Partner with senior leadership and commercial teams on product strategy, priorities, trade-offs and key business decisions.
• Stay deeply involved in day-to-day product work while establishing effective product processes, prioritization frameworks and success metrics.
• Lead a small cross-functional team across product-related disciplines, while remaining highly hands-on and directly owning product strategy and execution.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B technology companies.
• Strong experience in Fintech, financial infrastructure, financial services technology, payments, banking technology, or other complex financial products.
• A highly hands-on product leader with proven ability to independently own complex products from strategy through execution.
• Strong experience working closely with R&D / Engineering teams in technically complex environments.
• Strong B2B and enterprise orientation, with experience working directly with customers and translating their needs into scalable product solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders, influence decisions and navigate competing business and product priorities.
• Experience working with international customers, partners and stakeholders in a global business environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English - a must, along with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Advantages:

• Previous experience as a Product Lead, Group Product Manager, Head of Product or similar, including managing Product Managers or leading a small product team.
• Background in regulated, security-sensitive or complex financial technology environments.
• Technical or engineering background and experience working with sophisticated enterprise products.
