About the Role:

NESS is looking for a Data Analytics Customer Success.

The role includes managing and supporting customers in a technological environment, implementing Data and Cloud solutions, and delivering professional training and onboarding sessions for users and teams.

Day-to-day work involves SQL, BigQuery, DWH environments, and GCP.

identifying customer needs and challenges, providing professional support, creating training materials and documentation, and collaborating with Data, Cloud, and Development teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Full-time position, Ra'anana.

Requirements:

• Experience in Customer Success / Technical Customer Success / Data Analyst / Project Manager, or a similar role in a technological environment.
• Experience working with monitoring and logging systems and familiarity with FinOps methodologies.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BigQuery and DWH.
• Hands-on experience with GCP Cloud and IAM permission managemen.
• Ability to deliver training, present to customers, and communicate technical content effectively to different audiences.
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, initiative, and experience working with customers.
