About the Company

Reporting to the CFO | A central and influential role in the Finance Department, which includes leading the group's planning, control and business analysis system and participating in business decision-making.

About the Role

The role includes:

• Managing budget and forecasting processes, performance control and analysis, profitability and pricing analyses, building economic models and KPIs, preparing analyses for management and the board of directors and supporting business decision-making processes.
• Supporting M&A transactions and growth processes, including examining economic viability, building business models and analyses and supporting post-acquisition implementation processes.
• Managing and leading a team of economists, working as a Business Partner with the company's management, operations and sales and leading cross-organizational processes to improve performance and business effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management or a relevant quantitative/financial field - mandatory
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, Finance or a relevant field – a significant advantage

Required Skills

• Significant experience in FP&A budget and control and business analysis
• Experience in managing and leading a professional team
• Experience in leading cross-organizational processes
• Experience in financial analysis and/or accompanying M&A transactions – an advantage
• Business and systemic vision and a deep understanding of business processes
• High ability to harness interfaces, challenge professionally and drive processes
• Initiative, independence and high ownership
• Experience in an industrial company – a significant advantage
