Marketing Specialist – CEO’s Right Hand | Marketing & Operations

Job Description:

A well-established company in the communications and computer products industry is looking for a Marketing Specialist for a diverse role working directly with the company’s CEO.

We are looking for a hands-on marketing professional with a proactive mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to drive tasks forward and work independently across multiple interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the marketing presentation and visibility of the company’s products.
• Create, design, and distribute digital marketing materials, campaigns, and email communications.
• Maintain and regularly update the company website.
• Use design and AI tools to create marketing content and materials.
• Work with Google Analytics to monitor performance and analyze data.
• Coordinate with external marketing and design vendors.
• Manage and follow up on import processes and communicate with international suppliers.

Requirements:

• Previous hands-on marketing experience – required.
• Experience creating digital marketing materials and maintaining websites.
• Experience working with Google Analytics and digital tools.
• High level of English proficiency – required.
• Experience in a commercial, retail, or importing company – a significant advantage.
• Strong learning ability, independence, initiative, and the ability to drive tasks forward.
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with good business understanding.
• Familiarity with Priority ERP – an advantage.
• Previous import experience is not required – training will be provided as part of the role.
• Availability for a full-time, office-based position in Hod HaSharon.
