A road planning firm located in Central Israel is seeking an Experienced Road & Traffic Planner.

The firm designs complex engineering projects for leading organizations and is looking for an engineer to join the core team working on large-scale, leading projects in the fields of road and traffic planning. What Does the Role Include?

• Professional leadership and planning of complex urban and interurban road projects.
• Traffic planning, traffic arrangements, and engineering geometry.
• Mentoring and leading junior planners within the team.
• Managing systems coordination with authorities, consultants, and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Transportation Engineering – mandatory.
• At least 8 years of experience in road planning.
• Proven experience in interurban road planning or national infrastructure projects.
• Full proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership skills, ability to manage complex tasks, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
