Logistics Export Operations Coordinator 1339#

Overview:

Our Commercial Support department is looking for an Export Operations Coordinator.

This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv, with the option of working from home one day a week.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all export/shipping activities to RAD’s customers worldwide
• Work closely with freight forwarders & customs authorities (including negotiating prices & controlling invoices)
• Issue invoices & other export documentation
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Correspond & coordinate shipping with local and global customers (via phone and email)
• Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Academic Degree
• Previous logistics, import/export experience – a must
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) – a must
• Additional languages – an advantage
• Service oriented with great interpersonal skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to complete and follow-through on assignments in a timely manner
• Team player & self- motivated
• Ability to work under pressure
