Safety Manager (EHS) | CBRE Israel

CBRE is the world's leading real estate services and facilities management company. We manage hundreds of sites across Israel, including technology parks, corporate offices, public sector facilities and commercial properties. We are looking for an experienced Safety Manager to join our QHSE team and lead safety, occupational health and environmental initiatives across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the appointed Safety Officer across company sites.
• Provide professional guidance to site managers and teams on safety, occupational health and environmental compliance.
• Conduct audits, inspections and safety observations.
• Supervise and support high-risk activities, including electrical work, confined spaces, lockout/tagout, hot work and working at height.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain safety management programs, procedures and work instructions.
• Deliver employee safety training and lead safety committees.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Travel frequently to company sites throughout Israel.
  
  Requirements
  
  
• Valid certification as a Safety Officer.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Safety Officer role.
• Qualified to deliver safety training and prepare safety management programs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience supporting high-risk operations.
• Strong understanding of statutory safety requirements and professional standards.
• Excellent communication and procedure-writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• English proficiency is an advantage.

  Based in Bnei Brak headquarters, with regular travel across company sites, primarily in the Central and Sharon regions of Israel.
