NET Team Lead

CodeValue is looking for an experienced .NET Team Lead to join our development teams and lead the design and development of complex, enterprise-scale systems.

This role combines technical and team leadership, architectural decision-making, hands-on development, and working with modern cloud-native technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, providing technical and professional guidance.
• Drive the design, architecture, and development of complex enterprise systems.
• Make key technical decisions and establish development standards and best practices.
• Remain hands-on with development and solving complex technical challenges.
• Design and develop distributed, scalable, and high-performance systems.
• Design and implement RESTful services and APIs.
• Work with Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud architecture.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes in development and production environments.
• Design and work with relational and non-relational databases.
• Conduct code reviews and promote high standards of code quality and engineering practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET / C# development in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience leading a development team; managerial experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Software Design Patterns and Enterprise Architecture Patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases, including:
• SQL Server
• PostgreSQL
• MongoDB
• Elasticsearch
• Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful Services and APIs.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including cloud architecture and services.
• Experience designing and developing distributed, high-performance systems.
• Strong problem-solving and architectural thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High-level English, both written and spoken.
