The Role

We are looking for a strong, hands-on Full Stack Developer to join Allyable’s Product & Engineering team. The successful candidate will contribute to the continued development of the Allyable platform while taking an active role in building new AI-powered capabilities and products.

This role is ideal for a developer who can work across the full technology stack, take ownership of significant product components, translate product requirements into production-ready solutions, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, accessibility, and company leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain production-grade web applications and platform capabilities.

• Develop modern frontend applications, dashboards, workflows, and administrative interfaces.

• Build scalable backend services, APIs, integrations, and asynchronous processing capabilities.

• Design and maintain database structures and data-processing workflows.

• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into Allyable products and internal platform workflows.

• Build reliable AI workflows using structured outputs, tool calling, validation, and appropriate guardrails.

• Develop integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems.

• Contribute to architecture decisions and the evolution of Allyable’s technology stack.

• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, documented, and testable code.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, releases, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.

• Identify technical risks and proactively recommend practical solutions.

• Collaborate with Product and Accessibility experts to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Take ownership of assigned components from design through deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Technical Experience

We are looking for practical experience across several of the following technologies and disciplines:

Frontend

• React

• Angular

• Next.js

• TypeScript / JavaScript

• HTML5 / CSS

• Responsive web application development

Backend

• Node.js

• .NET 9 / ASP.NET Core

• NestJS or comparable backend frameworks

• REST APIs and service-oriented architectures

• Background jobs, queues, and asynchronous processing

Data

• PostgreSQL and SQL

• OpenSearch – search, indexing, querying, and large-scale data retrieval

• Data modeling and database design

• Redis or comparable caching/queue technologies

• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or knowledge graphs is an advantage

AI

• LLM/API integration

• Prompt and context design

• Tool/function calling and structured AI outputs

• RAG, embeddings, semantic search, or AI agents are advantages

• AI evaluation, reliability, latency, and cost optimization

Cloud & Engineering

• Microsoft Azure and AWS – practical cloud development, deployment, and infrastructure experience

• Docker

• Git / GitHub / Azure DevOps

• CI/CD

• Cloud deployment, logging, monitoring, and production troubleshooting

Strong Advantages

• Experience working across both Node.js/NestJS and .NET-based backend environments.

• Experience with OpenSearch or comparable enterprise search and indexing technologies.

• Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications across both Microsoft Azure and AWS.

• Experience integrating search infrastructure, AI/LLM services, and cloud-native services.

• Experience with large-scale crawling, data processing, distributed systems, or enterprise SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Full Stack development experience preferred.

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript development experience.

• Experience building and maintaining production web applications.

• Experience with modern frontend and backend frameworks.

• Experience designing APIs and relational database architectures.

• Practical experience with AI/LLM integrations is strongly preferred.

• Experience working with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.

• Strong Git-based development workflow experience.

• Professional working English.

A formal Computer Science degree is welcome, but practical engineering ability, ownership, problem-solving skills, and demonstrated production experience are more important to us than academic credentials alone.
