Growth & Sales Lead - Part Time

About us

Palmidos is a boutique software and AI agency founded in 2023 by 8200 alumni. We build production systems — AI agents, fintech and crypto infrastructure, and full-stack products — for clients including CitizenCafe, Ad Rails, and Mazor. We also deliver white-label engineering for other agencies.

The team is small and senior. There are no junior developers here and no layers of management. What we're good at is building. What we haven't cracked yet is a repeatable way to bring in the right clients — and that's the job.

You own revenue end to end: strategy, lead generation, outreach, discovery calls, follow-up, and closing. This is not a role where you inherit a pipeline and work it. There isn't one yet. You'll build it.

You'll be selling custom software and AI engagements to Israeli and international companies, working with technical buyers and multi-week sales cycles.

This is a two-day-a-week engagement, done entirely remotely from wherever you are. Which two days, and which hours, is up to you — we don't count time, we count pipeline. It suits someone building something else alongside it, studying, living abroad, or simply past the point of wanting five days in anyone's calendar.

Full autonomy over how you do it. Full access to the founder for anything technical.

• Define which segments we go after and why
• Build target lists and run outbound (Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn — all available to you)
• Develop partnerships with agencies, integrators, and consultancies for subcontracting work
• Run discovery and sales calls; scope opportunities with the founder's technical support
• Manage pipeline and follow-up rigorously — most services deals close on the fifth touch, not the first
• Feed the market back to us: what lands, what confuses people, where we lose

Required

• Experience in B2B sales
• A track record of generating your own pipeline from scratch, not working inbound leads
• Strong written Hebrew and business English — most outbound here is written
• Working fluency with CRM and outreach tooling; you build lists, run sequences, measure, and adjust
• Enough technical literacy to hold a conversation about APIs, integrations, and scope — you don't need to code

Strong advantage

• Experience selling software, technology, or professional services
• An existing network among Israeli software houses, agencies, or integrators
• Background in pre-sales, delivery, or project management before moving into sales
• Experience selling AI, fintech, or infrastructure projects

• Total autonomy. You decide the strategy, the channels, and the calendar. Nobody will ask you for a daily standup
• Direct line to the founder. You work with the person who builds the product, not a layer between
• Two days a week, from anywhere on earth. No office, no fixed hours, no time zone requirement. Pick your days, work from Lisbon or Bangkok or your kitchen. We measure pipeline, not presence
• Deep technical and AI access — not the surface layer. You get the frontier models, the agent frameworks we build in-house, and our full outbound stack (Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn budget). More than that: you sit inside a team shipping agentic systems to production and can use any of it on your own pipeline. Most people selling AI have read about it. You'll be operating it daily

We're early on the go-to-market side. There's no proven playbook waiting for you, and the first months will involve real uncertainty. Two days a week is genuinely enough for someone who knows what they're doing and moves without supervision — it is not enough for someone who needs ramp-up, direction, or a machine already running.
