Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a visionary and strategic CFO to join a founder-led global AI leader at a pivotal stage of growth. The company generates hundreds of millions in annual revenue through a sophisticated multi-revenue model spanning Consumer Subscription (B2C), Enterprise SaaS (B2B), and a cutting-edge Open-Source AI ecosystem. This unique business mix creates significant strategic opportunities and financial complexity, positioning the company at the forefront of the global AI economy.

As a strategic partner to the CEO and a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will help shape the company's next phase of global growth. This role requires a trusted financial leader with exceptional business judgment, executive presence, and the ability to build strong relationships with investors, the board, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership & Capital Strategy

• Serve as a high-impact strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, driving company-wide decisions across growth, capital allocation, and structural expansion.
• Lead capital strategy and corporate development, including debt/equity financing, strategic investments, secondary transactions, and M&A.
• Serve as the company's primary financial representative with investors, board members, and financial institutions.
• Drive long-term strategic modeling, stress-testing financial scenarios across B2B, B2C, and open-source business lines.

AI-Driven Financial Operations & Economics

• Drive AI-enabled finance transformation, leveraging advanced AI tools while developing expertise in AI infrastructure economics, including GPU/compute allocation, capex vs. opex decisions, and open-source monetization.

Financial Planning, Governance & Global Scale

• Lead FP&A, accounting, financial controls, audit, and governance while building a best-in-class finance function that delivers predictive insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure seamless financial governance and compliance across international sites and global subsidiaries.

Requirements:

Professional & Technical Experience

• Proven Finance Leadership: Senior finance leadership experience (CFO / VP Finance) within a global B2B SaaS / High-Tech company — A Must.
• Financial Authority & Rigor: Deep expertise in financial modeling, economics, and strategic FP&A, with the ability to lead complex financial architectures.
• Capital & Deal Track Record: Proven experience leading M&A, debt/equity financing, and complex capital transactions.
• Scaling & Governance: Experience scaling global finance organizations in complex multi-product, multi-revenue businesses.
• AI & Infrastructure Economics: Familiarity with AI infrastructure costs (GPU/compute allocation) and AI-driven finance workflows.
• B2C Experience (Advantage): Background or familiarity with high-scale Consumer (B2C) subscription models is a strong plus.
