Assistant Controller – Public Real Estate Company
A publicly traded real estate company is seeking a motivated and professional Assistant Controller to join its finance team.
Position Responsibilities:
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Securities Authority regulations
• Preparation of annual tax returns
• Ongoing support of the accounting department
• Implementation and maintenance of ISOX controls
• Ongoing handling of accounting and reporting matters
• Continuous work and coordination with external auditors
Position Details:
• Full-time position
Requirements:
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory
• Internship at one of the BIG 4 accounting firms – advantage
• Experience in the real estate sector – advantage
• High level of proficiency in Excel – mandatory
• Strong interpersonal skills, high analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
