Full Stack Engineer

Located in the Sharon region, operating on a hybrid work model.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Backend-Heavy), joining a dynamic, agile R&D team building cloud-native SaaS platforms and connected medical applications.
• Leading development with a ~70% focus on robust Backend architecture using Node.js and C# / .NET, alongside ~30% modern Frontend development in Angular (Angular 15+).
• Architecting and maintaining high-availability, compliant Microservices architectures deployed in public Cloud environments.
• Designing and implementing scalable Web APIs, secure IoT device communication protocols (Bluetooth/Cloud sync), and real-time medical data management pipelines.
• Taking full end-to-end ownership of feature delivery from system design and coding to continuous integration and high-frequency production releases.
• Collaborating closely with Team Leads, Product Managers, Firmware/Hardware teams, and Medical Quality/Compliance stakeholders.

Requirements-

• 5 years of hands-on experience in Full-Stack Software Development – Mandatory
• Deep, proven hands-on backend development experience in Node.js – Mandatory
• Strong hands-on proficiency in modern frontend frameworks: Angular (advantage for Angular 14/15+) or alternatively React / Vue – Mandatory
• Solid experience architecting and deploying systems in Cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) – Mandatory
• Proven background in Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, and High-Reliability Web Applications – Mandatory
• Hands-on development experience in C# / .NET – Significant Advantage
• Experience in Digital Health, MedTech, Medical Device Software (IEC 62304/HIPAA), or IoT Connected Platforms – Advantage
