Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Backend & AI Software Engineer, taking end-to-end technical ownership of architecting, building, and scaling high-throughput, distributed backend systems from concept to production.
• Developing core, complex server-side architectures primarily in C# / .NET Core, alongside next-generation AI-driven services and pipelines in Python (or Go/Java).
• Designing, developing, and deploying Autonomous AI Agents into production, leveraging modern Agentic frameworks, SDKs, and LLM orchestration layers.
• Architecting scalable event-driven streaming and messaging systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, or Google Pub/Sub.
• Managing and optimizing containerized workloads across Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) in public cloud environments.
• Working hands-on with large-scale data systems, including NoSQL databases, Data Warehouses (e.g., Google BigQuery), and ML-driven data services.
• Partnering cross-functionally with Product Managers, Solution Architects, AI/ML specialists, and GTM teams to drive rapid feature execution.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical degree / Relevant Military Tech Unit background – Mandatory
• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with a deep focus on C# / .NET Core (or equivalent mastery in Python / Go / Java) – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI Agents in Production using agentic frameworks/SDKs (e.g., LangGraph, OpenAI SDK, ADK, etc.) – Mandatory
• Strong experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, Google Pub/Sub) – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on proficiency with containerization and orchestration (Docker & Kubernetes) in Cloud environments – Mandatory
• Practical experience working with NoSQL databases, Data Warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake), and Data Pipelines – Mandatory
• Proven "builder mentality" with track record of designing systems from scratch to enterprise-grade production – Mandatory
